After a long period of speculations, Nintendo is finally showing us its new console which will be released in 2025 in a video focusing mainly on the console itself. We can catch a glimpse of what appears to be a new episode of Mario Kart, but nothing more in terms of gameplay for the moment. To find out more about Nintendo Switch 2 and perhaps the final release date, we'll have to wait until April 2, when a Nintendo Direct will be dedicated to the console.

Commented on 2025-01-17 13:26:50I kinda regret skipping the original but back then I couldn't justify the low resolution as I'm not a portable kinda player but now I regret it and looking forward to the 2 unless Nintendo messing up the games with MTX or similar corporate crap. With DLSS this should work well as home console as well on 4K screen. April 2 is not that far.
