GSY Video PS5 Xbox Series X PC PS4 Xbox One

The Elden Ring technical test started but because it is limited to certain days and times we have only been able to scratch the surface. The following video only shows the very beginning and clearly we had no idea what to do or here to go. Hopefully, you'll enjoy the footage anyway!

Pretty much Dark Souls 4. That's not a bad thing. But Bloodborne and Sekiro were new IPs and were both distinct enough to be seen in their own identity. Elden Ring looks great, but slightly disappointed it isn't as different/new compared to Bloodborne and Sekiro.

how?

in this "demo" you ain't seen shit, other than a greatly and vastly improved gameplay depth.

Thats like critisicing Bloodborne and never playing it until Yahar'gul. Just distiled to casuls Souls ol' formula what else is there, amirite?

The core gameplay loop is almost identical. Watch enemy attack patterns, roll forward or shield up to avoid attacks, identify openings to strike.
There are some innovations like horseback combat, and combining magic with melee weapons. But that's why I say this is Dark Souls 4 and not Dark Souls 3.5. It feels like a true sequel but not a brand new IP.

Can you rephrase this to be intelligible?
