Do not buy this on 360.

I played it at DICE booth in london and it had screentearing and horrible textures and framerate.

To see this game properly.

Looks awful. Looks like it could be a 360 title. Wait 7 years and this is the so called 'next gen' jump? Not sure how Microsoft could mess up a new console so badly. The PS4 is the only new console that I'll be considering.

Just stating my opinion which is the point of a forum.

The machine is disappointing. I own a 360 and a PS3 so I have no real particular preference as such. Last generation was fairly even. This time around the difference is a joke. The fact that Microsoft want more money for an inferior product means that I will vent my point of view. If you don't like it - tough!

As is the XB1. All three are the same game. ONLY difference is resolution. XB1-720p,PS4-900p, and PC-1080p and up.
Furthermore, the XB1 version they have shown is not final. It does not have Ambient Occlusion added to it yet, which the PS4 does have.

I'd would say don't judge either the Ps4 or XB1 versions until they are released, but that would be a waste of time.

In all the comparison videos I've seen the X1 version looks better than the PS4 version. I could care less what internal resolution the game is at for a particular console, if the difference doesn't show in the end result after both consoles upconvert it to 1080p then who cares.

Nothing can touch PC when it comes to PC native games, and the trench will just keep widening by the end of 2015.

The only thing i can think of is Cloud Computing......If what they say is correct that it will advance overtime. as it stand consoles are locked frozen in time.

this does not mean that console games still can't look good, of course not, but they are no longer light years ahead, as they use to be. Regardless of it, i'm Still getting my hands on one of the new consoles none the less, for exclusives.

Watch the uncompressed DF footage. Xbone certainly doesn't look better in that. But the crushed blacks in that video really don't help.

saw some PS3/360 screens in direct comparison to the Xbone version...and there isn't much in it. in motion you obviously gain AO and motion blur, which helps things a lot..not to mention the better framrate...but asset wise, and resolution wise, they're nigh on identical. MP is where the next gen version shines, and that's purely because it's meeting the standards of PC in terms of player count.

still, it's a day 1 buy for me.

ND are going to use same engine for next gen. But if they make 30fps locked like Ryse or Infamous SS then they can have lots of detail compared to games targeting 60fps, variable frames rate

Don't know which video you saw but it must have been a low quality one. The PS4 version is almost as good as the PC version. Watch JackFrags's videos of the PS4 version at 1080p:

Anyone expecting ultra settings PC output (4 Ghz processors + 16Gb of RAM, and graphics cards that are literally 2 x more powerful than a PS4 by themselves) is going to be extremely let down by next-gen. PCs are always going to look way better than everything else as long as developers keep developing on PC and porting down to consoles. This is the reality of the world we live in right now in gaming.
