GSY Video PS4 Xbox One

As you all know, Activision oddly decided to wait until the very last minute to send Destiny to the press, which is why we only got our copy yesterday. We won't draw any conclusion for now, but because of that, we had to sacrifice a good night's sleep to get you some new gameplay footage. No Old Russia this time then, we're taking you to the moon on board of our PS4. Feel free to share your thoughts about the game in the comments, we'd like to know what you think of Bungie's new franchise.

Hahaha that dance was hilarious. Do you guys reckon' this is a lot of fun all by yourself or is it necessary to play it in a team?

Most I've talked to seem to think it's a lot better with a team, can get a bit repetitive without friends.

I wouldn't recommend the game to someone playing only by themselves. The PVP would be fun still I guess, but its a game that is best experienced w/ friends.

overhyped, they werent honest about the game (like respawn were with titanfall), the games single player doesnt stand up at all with the likes of halo single player campaigns. This game is just a well polished MMO

I just hit level 10 and so far the game is fun, but rather dull. Gameplay is rinse and repeat. Not as "big" as I thought the game would be.

Watched a fair bit of it on streams and here.

Looks just like the beta and same type missions etc. No real SP.

I'm passing, better games coming imo.

So destiny. Wow. This has to be the most overhyped game I've ever bought. I love shooters. I love toga and I love me a good story. Destiny unfortunately does none of those good. It's not a terrible game, but its not a good game either. Just an average game to play. The story is weak and told poorly. The loot feels insignificant. And the PvP is very very poor. Especially for bungie. The ai is terrible and is the worst part of the combat. If you want MMO get wow expansion. If you want story get halo. If you want PvP get titanfall. Destiny has good ideas but fails its execution. 5/10.

Games beautiful. Rock solid framerate, and some really impressive lighting going on that looks like an improvement over the beta (i like the nice little touch of the ps4 pad lighting up bright white when using a torch too). Gun mechanics are solid, and it's a lot of fun so far...but i'm only as far as the beta stages.

Still can't say i'm keen on what i've played of the crucible. Nor do i have much idea of the story...or what benefit emblems have over one another.

This game is like a bad Borderlands, with far less interesting missions and 90% of the loot missing. Literally all you do is go around shooting stuff and waiting for Peter Dinklage to decrypt/download data while being attacked by waves of enemies.

Sorry last of us is cinematic yes. But story, lore and universe halo is wayyy ahead of last of us. Not even close. I never liked counter strike. And no longer game on pc. Titanfall is the most balanced PvP I've played since halo 3.

But on topic. I just took destiny back and traded for horizon 2. Also started playing warframe. It's a lot better than destiny actually. Bonus and its free.

There's a shit ton of stuff to do in this game, far more than there is to do in any Halo game.
