Our PS4 videos of Sleeping Dogs DE

As usual, we do our best to show you as many different versions of a game as we can and it is now time to see what the PS4 version of Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition has in store for you. From what we've seen, performance is superior to what we experienced on Xbox One, especially frame rate wise. There are still some slowdowns but overall the game looks smoother on Sony's console. Aliasing is still there, but textures and resolution have been much improved since the Xbox 360 and PS3 era. That being said, the original PC version from two years ago runs better than either next gen ports.

Im not seeing the slowdown that other sites are complaining about, in your videos. Was there a post launch patch? Or were they playing beta copies that werent fully optimized?

The game looks like it will be a blast to play(never played the original) and the visuals are very crisp.

I am sorry but how can you not see the choppyness and vsync-issues..? They are very apparent

That's all great about the graphics for consoles, but is there a noticeable difference in the "DE" version that would make me want to play through it again?
