About Gamersyde
Gamersyde is a commercial multiplatform web portal based in Europe, with hundreds of thousands of visitors each month from all over the world. We cover both handheld and video games platforms and the site has grown into one of the biggest gaming sites in the continent. We are able to offer fast news delivery and HD content from the upcoming games, and one of the greatest and friendliest gaming communities in the world. The HD content we provide always respects the original resolution and framerate of the games we capture, making Gamersyde the one and only place to get 1080p/4K/60fps videos with high bitrate. At a time when Youtube's subpar video compression has become the norm for most people on the Internet, we refuse to give up quality without a fight. We now also produce HDR videos, which can only be enjoyed by those who own compatible televisions. The content we produce is obviously not free of use should you want to upload our videos on your own website or YouTube channel.

I will not be getting Battlefront day one at full price, it needed a single player campaign, the multiplayer modes I tried in the Beta have not sold me. Feels like a Star Wars cash cow tech demo.
I will not be getting Battlefront full price day one. The only way i'll consider it is if lots of my friends are playing it on Steam and if I manage to get it for very cheap on a Steam Sale. It needed a single player campaign, the multiplayer modes on offer so far have not sold me.
Obvioisly the gap between 900p and 1080p is not that huge like 2160p vs. 720p, but still noticible considering in 900p you have about 30% less pixels compared to 1080p.
What I'm afraid is that I will not enjoy the game because I'm terrible player and all I will do is dying :D
The biggest problem with this game is the lack of depth. Feels shallow to me plus a lot of glitches in the demo on consoles. To me if you want to play this game, skip the consoles and get it on PC. I'm a console guy but will not be buying this game for either my PS4 or XB1.
BTW the hero controlling time is too short, I would pay to get more time for that if possible.
The flying feels like a missed opportunity. Maybe I'm still new to it but I wish I could button press barrel rolls or reverse flips
Also the vehicle and power up pick ups feel cheap and lame. Why not make a reward system to get the hero? Put a cool down time on it for each team
Spawn the team in with vehicles they can hop into like all your other games Dice
This isn't Battlefield. My biggest gripes: No Battlelog and the buddy system.

Either way, the game looks amazing. It really is a beautiful looking game in so many ways. Unfortunately it seems like less effort has gone into the actual depth of the gameplay as there has been on the replication on the visual side of all things Star Wars.
Many a time I have found myself bouncing desperately to get up a mild incline.

In PC gaming most people use their display's native resolution and then dial back other graphical features till they get a playable enough framerate (THIS MAXIMISES ACCURACY AND SCREEN REAL ESTATE), on consoles that choice is wholly left up to the devs and I think they make the wrong call not starting at 1080p native and dialing everything back.
They sacrifice accuracy and screen real estate to have similar particle effects etc across console platforms which look shit at 720p anyways.
As far as gameplay, the game got better for me once I understood the flow. That being said I really wish there was more Battlefield in this game. Was anybody that faithful to the way the original battlefront worked.
