Old as we are, it was hard to resist the urge to try The Way, a tribute to iconic games such as Another World, Flashback or Heart of Darkness. Now of course, although you can really see how fond of Chahi and Cuisset the developers are, don't expect the same level of quality when it comes to animations. That being said, Puzlling Dream has managed to create a very atmospheric universe which is undeniably appealing if you like old school action/adventure titles. The soundtrack sounds very solid from what we have heard, and it's nice to be obliged to take a few notes to solve puzzles. The only problem we have had so far is the limited character movements when climbing, something that was clearly intended by the dev team, but it made the chase scene you can see in the fourth video a bit frustrating as we really had no margin of error. One last thing you should know is that you will most probably die a lot, or simply get a bit sutck, just like in the old days. It's something we appreciate, but that might not be the case for everyone.
