After the PC version, it is time for our Xbox One videos of Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition, thanks to the code the Xbox Network sent us. Because The Following is not advised to players under level 12 and we didn't play the game on Xbox One last year, we were only able to capture the very beginning of the DLC. That being said, since it is called Enhanced Edition, we also took the liberty to record some gameplay footage of the original adventure for those wanting to spot the few differences with last year's release.
You'll note that our 2 FPS videos of the Following are radically different from one another. The first one was captured after we launched the game normally and the frame rate was pretty smooth overall. The second video was recorded after turning off the console without quitting the game. The Instant On feature allows to start the game exactly where you stop, unfortunately, with The Following, it simply kills the frame rate, making the game barely playable at times. It is clearly not acceptable and we hope Techland will do what is necessary to correct that bug in the very near future.
