I know, I've got it. It's pretty good if you can overcome the truly embaressing graphics.

It is about 5+ years old. On pc it was amazing. The levels were massively open and you could pilot everything from choppers to old bangers.
If this would have come out 3 years ago i would have bought it. Too looking forward to the next gen to even consider renting a current gen game (or last gen in this case).

For being an XBox game it's the best so far. Characters include well doen bump maps on them and the ground looks really nice in some shots. What really matters is the gameplay, and it looks great from that movie. It seems like a lot of people are being spoiled by the next gen goodies already. I'll be the first to point out the lack of any reflections on that 2 player movie from pgr3 and that it looked horrible (but I think they put reflections in for the final build... including multiplayer) but this game is on the xbox. It's gameplay is great, and the graphics not only show what the xbox can do well, but it's visual style is nice as they have a few after effects going on to give the game a nice look overall.

If you loved the original Ghost Recon and had no problems with it's graphical style on Xbox and don't like the way Ghost Recon is headed anymore (me personally included), this title is the way to go.

I personally don't care about the graphics at all, it's a huge game that's online that's worth your money.

I enjoyed the singleplayer as well actually. Even when I failed a mission I advanced with another mission instead of having to play the level again. Realism has it's pro's :)
