Pacific Drive has been available for almost a week but we were only sent our review code on Monday as we were told there had been too many requests before the game's launch. Quite logically, we haven't had time to play the game much, so we can't share our thoughts about it. The PC version seems to suffer from a bunch of technical issues whatever the config you own an from what we've heard, framerate isn't steady on PS5 either. It's a shame as we find the game's visuals quite appealing, so let's hope it will eventually get fixed. As for gameplay, we must say we're a bit tired of the whole rogue-like aspect, which can now be found in (too) many new releases, but maybe it's just us. We're a bit worried that the gameplay loop will get old a bit too quickly. With such great atmosphere, it's also a bit disappointing to see that the storytelling aspect doesn't seem very engaging.
