Lack of local co-op put me off this one, despite it looking awesome in every other area...

The whole prioritizing just online co-op is disturbing sometimes isn't it Korn? I get why to an extent but there are plenty that still want to couch co-op.

Wow, no local co-op? That really sucks. This game looks awesome, but the lack of local co-op is a huge downside for a game like this. Dead Nation was all the better when you had your buddies with you. Still, the gameplay looks phenomenal.
