Released very shortly after its reveal, Deponia Doomsday is the fourth installment in Daedalic Entertainment's successful point and click franchise. If you are old enough to have played all the LucasArts games of yore, then you will find the Deponia series quite familiar despite its entirely original universe. If you are after funny dialogues, crazy characters, more or less far-fetched puzzles and one of the most iconic voices of the video game industry (which can be heard in the prolog), then look no further. Here are four gameplay videos of the game so you can see the mood of this new episode. Obviously, that is a game you will enjoy a lot ore if you have played the previous three entries. If you never have, maybe it's as good a time to check them out as they are really good adventure games.

I just knew that you would really like them. The Deponia series is like a spiritual successor to the Monkey Island series - great memorable characters, great humour, great dialogue, great (crazy) story, great setting/locations, some really hard as hell puzzles, etc.
And you can clearly see Daedalic Entertainment getting more comfortable and better with each new game in the series. And they listened to all the fans, who unanimously asked for a sequel to the original trilogy.
I still have yet to play Deponia Doomsday, had to take care of a few things first, but definitely starting this weekend.
I'm also very interested in Daedalic Entertainment's The Devil's Men and Silence - The Whispered World 2. If you can, it would be amazing to get in touch with Daedalic Entertainment to get some news update - with videos, images and/or release dates - for them.
Thanks for making these videos and keep up the good work. Good luck!

I didn't know you had played them since then. Either way, I'm just glad. The more Adventure and Deponia games' fans we have, the better.
=D
PS. I forgot to mention, I finished Agatha Christie's The A.B.C. Murders a few minutes ago, a good game. I got 44 out of 50 trophies/achievements on my 1st playthrough - only 1 donkey (1 mistake) one.
