Id like to here Gamersydes view on the game, however from where im sitting it looks like a nice game but there really isnt anything new that it brings?

It looks like it could be interesting offered for free on PS+, but I dont think id ever consider £50+ for it (from what ive seen). PGR was an awesome game, the challenges and multiplayer kinda made it for me, so I had hoped this would follow the same path, but looks a tad too..... restricted is all i can muster.

Looks great but IMO in term of visuals the game still behind the FH2 , although its a point to point racing.

I thought the game was "only" 30FPS, why do you have a stream with 60FPS?

Interesting opinion. I think this the first racing game where car models complement the environments. Car models are probably the best as yet and tracks too. After looking at this montage. I can't believe the game will ship without replays http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yl8e0iSqNNU Photomode is not too important IMO. Weather and replay should be given first priority. The game is a treat to eyes

Its 30fps. You see the 60fps option in a lot of videos that are not 60fps. Its something Gamersyde needs to sort out, it's confusing sometimes.

Yea, there's something dull and bland about these videos, cant put my hands on what it is.

This game looks better than real life! It's shocking that games are already looking this detailed, so early this gen! Just imagine how games will look towards the end of this gen!

We always capture and encode our videos at the native output of the console. So even if the game is 30 fps, the console still outputs 60. Some 30 fps sometimes have issues with stuttering, not shown (or made worse) when encoded at 30. Not the case with DriveClub though.

The sense of scale in this is just plain nuts and I can't imagine how many polys get used on the backgrounds. Very imposing stuff. I'd get this purely for that wow factor. It does looks a little dull though to be honest

Having watched a few more of these I think it's fair to say the handling more than anything is what feels dull. There seems little fight from the cars like they're too much on the side of arcade. I'm plain bored or simulation when it comes to car games as I find it a bit of a chore but something like pgr has a nice compromise and there doesn't appear to be any sort of depth. It's easy to just say that perhaps without a hands on but it appears that from what I can gauge

If it feels like Grid I'll be let down but still interested in playing through the game. I just hope it's not a disaster.

looks great, also I think the incar view where you can see the hands on the wheel is way better than the new forza game, the hands slackening grip of the wheel and flexing of the hands etc looks very good and real where as in forza the hands barely move off the wheel

The video of Marussia is absolutely astonishing, but i say the same that i said in other videos of DC, the screen movement don´t feel smooth, and is a circuit based game, and 30 fps...

Look at some Motorstorm gameplay videos on asphalt. This game is developed by Motorstorm creators. Don't know why people are comparing it with other games.
