Video PC Xbox 360 PS3

As usual, 2K Games are not going to miss the occasion to please basketball fans and so quite naturally NBA 2K12 is now available on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. This year's edition is even more packed with content than 2K11, with a good number of game modes to choose from, the best commentary ever in a sports game and superb animations. Add to that the presence of even more classic teams from the past, with basketball greats such as Jordan, Magic Johnson, Bird, Abdul-Jabbar or Olajuwon to name but a few. To match the time period of the game, you will sometimes play in black and white or with washed-out colors, which makes the overall presentation even better. So unless you hate basketball, there really is no reason to miss on this one.

So, are there any extra in depth training/tutorial modes. 2k11 was great, but I found it quite over whelming as someone who doesn't really follow basket ball.

Also it this game running at 60fps?

The recreation of the TV presentation is phenomenal. The only thing that lets it down is being in HD (which sounds silly)

I've been reading reports of the PC port missing certain graphic effects again from the console versions. Why in the world is it always missing stuff?!?

Ditto, been searching but have not found anything. Also not sure whether to get it for PC or my 360.

The game is running at 60fps, as you can see in the videos. As for a training mode, I think there is one but I have not had time to check.

The PC version is also missing some shaders on the players that only the X360 version has.

Really? I've read a few comments from other places stating it is potentially better looking on PC, than the consoles.
Of course, nobody is reviewing the PC version or even giving visual comparisons so it's hard to say without playing all three versions (well, there is a LensOfTruth between the PS3 and 360, but that doesn't concern me).

One thing is for sure, $30 is a killer price!
Hopefully that isn't because they don't plan to support it but, supposedly, the game supports user modifications which could be awesome.
