It's been about a year and a half since we first told you about The Eternal Cylinder, a game by developer Ace Team, responsible for Zeno Clash and Rock of Ages. The game presents itself as an open world survival title in which you play as strange little creatures called Trebhums. Your world is threatened by a gigantic moving cylinder which can be delayed but has never been stopped. Your kind must find a way to survive and save the world, which you can achieve by mutating thanks to some of the materials you will find while exploring this eerie place. There will be 50 possible mutations, granting different sorts of abilities like resistance to poison or better protection from attacks. Don't forget to feed your Trebhums though as they need to eat to keep in shape and maintain enough energy to escape. We have only just started playing but it is so refreshing that we didn't want to wait to share the following 2 videos so you can enjoy the game's incredible atmosphere and art style. We don't know about you but we already love those cute little guys, the music and the way narration is dealt with.
Note: The downloadable versions of the videos are in 5.1.
