EA Sports' latest installment in the Tiger Woods series shipped this week on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Let's be honest, we do not really belong to the bunch of numerous fans who eagerly wait for the yearly release of Tiger's new exploits. Not that we think the games aren't worth a look, but we have never really been attracted to golf. That actually explains how bad we play on the two videos you will find inside.

Hell, they only model one golfer and one hole at a time, yet I've seen open world games look better than this! I guess they figure ppl who are REALLY into golf are going to buy it no matter what, but I haven't touched the series since 2009. Won't touch it again until they actually create a new, decent looking and playing engine either...

Commented on 2012-04-13 17:30:50I do agree with the graphics, they should be much better. IMO the immersion is quite good and the game still sells well enough, so I can't be all bad.
Probably will buy the next gen version as there for sure will be a graphical improvement. Until then I still can occassionally enjoy 2012, providing me with the fun I'm after.
