First 10 minutes Xbox 360 PS3

With the profusion of HD remakes these days, we should not be surprised to see Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD arrive on Xbox Live Arcade and Sony Entertainment Network. Now the leap in time is pretty huge with this one, as Activision's teams are taking us back to the PS1/N64/Dreamcast era. We received a review code a few days ago and decided to capture a couple of videos for you guys. As you'll see, the visuals have been improved, though some textures still look dated. This version includes the best of the first two episodes, which means they are as challenging as they used to be. There is more inertia in the main character, which brings a little realism to the typically crazy rides of the series.

Hmm looks okay. If gamersyde haven't uploaded it in 60fps, I take it that it doesn't run in 60fps then, which is really disappointing. They are releasing some Tony Hawk 3 levels for it, 11 years since the original game and it runs at half the framerate? Unreal Engine 3 fails again lol.

Good question, I'll ask but, to be honest, I'd be surprised if it does not. Maybe Ghost_Deus forgot. I'll let you know.

From what i heard the game doesn't run with 60fps and there is no split-screen. Quite disappointing.

For the low framerate, there is a simple and universal fix: get the PC version. It's what I'll do.
