First 10 minutes PC PS4 Xbox One Wii U PS3 3DS

Shovel Knight was originally released on PC almost a year ago, before it was ported on most platforms, Microsoft's Xbox One being the last console to get this excellent tribute to the 80s. This sweet taste of nostalgia was brought to us all by the Xbox Network so many pixelated thanks to them.

It's a really nice platformer...but i think it gets maybe a wee bit more praise than it deserves. Totally worth playing though, no doubt :)

It's a good platformer, nothing more. Don't go in expecting it to break platforming grounds like the internet would have it hyped.
