First Original Pacman for 400 points, now an updated version for 800 points, in three months we get a version with 3d pacmans instead of sprites for 1600 points.

Dude, just look at the colors, and it's widescreen!! Truely next-gen, so well worth the 800 points, even if you already bought the 400points old version..

/sarcasm

Nice for the fans I guess, but for me these are your typical 'the trail-version will do' type of games..

it has a pretty nice style to it though, I like the additional detail on the sprites whilst the pixel / square design of the original is kept.

This looks OK, its hard to compare a 400 point mame port (witha bit extra) to a whole new game...however, I still have to agree that 800 points is a bit steep...

It would be nice if it had the gamecube version on there as an internet death match...

and now I have watched the video, I can't hlp but notice the gameplay is lightning fast, this could be as fun as geometry wars....maybe...looks like a game where you could get in to the "zone" so to speak anyway.

This is the best Pac-Man game since Ms. Pac-Man. It may be a bit overpriced.. but it's a fantastic game. I'm still not sure if I want to spend 800 points on it myself.. and I'm in love with it.

You don't need to be a Pac-Man fan to know this is a good game.. I'm with you on the price.. but the demo is so gimped that it will hardly do for me. Three minute timer on a five minute challenge? Boo.
