I see no reason to complain. Case Zero was very very worth my 400 points. And if after DR2 , i want more...i will pay 400 points for it. I expect it to be 400 points, that is.
I'll never be able to play it anyway, since the download is blocked in germany....

Same happened to Dead Rising 1, Gears of War 1&2, list goes on. We can still buy the imports though. I prefer the UK ones, Austria is fine too. :)
In short: No rating, no official release.
Reminds of Tomb Raider Underworld. Xbox 360 exclusive "epilogue". It is as lame now as it was then. But I'm not surprised. Capcom charges people $5 for multiplayer, they sure as hell will charge $5 for an epilogue.
