My fears aren't that this wont be a good game but that it wont be its best game and worst yet many of the assets may not be re-used, such as the voice actor and element manipulation, all features that may only exist in this ultimately hurried version of PoP.

They'll find a way to make this the first game in a new Trilogy set inside the older Trilogy. (Read: milk it)
I've played about 3hours of this game, it's really cool. The platforming is similar to the two thrones. Only drawback: The voice acting's cheesy and the story isn't that interesting. Plus it really sucks when you're surrounded by a thousand sand zombies, devellopers screwed up there. But overall, when you're playing this you're like: Yeah, this is pop! Unlike that prodigy crap...

I'm halfway trough the game and i can tell you this, it's far from beeing shitty. There's parts of it that aren't that great, but it's still a helluva fan experience. Most importantly, it looks, sounds and feels like one of the original trilogy opus in next gen.
