The latest Xbox One patch of Project CARS was finally released in the middle of E3. Here are three analysis videos showing how framerate is affected in the wet and with a certain amount of AI drivers.
Note: Blim's plugin still doesn't handle tearing, so it doesn't show when a frame is not refreshed at 100%.

We have done some work for the next patch. You'll be seeing another circa 14% gain in FPS.

We really are now closing in on a solid 60 now, with everything fully dynamic.
On a wider point. I'm keeping 40 of the staff on pCARS1 for the long term to continue delivering as we have been. pCARS2 early work will start very soon to keep the remaining racing staff occupied.
