The jokes these game is getting are a little bit too much. The first game was mediocre to decent but it had potential. Knack 2 could be very good. It looks like they made the combat more indepth and coop looks great. And ofcourse it looks stunning visually

I liked the first game, so I am happy to see this is getting a sequel. A pleasant surprise, and coop looks more comprehensive.

The first game wasn't amazing or great but people treated it like it was the worst game ever made which it wasn't, not by a long shot. I don't get it.

Its quite baffling actually. Was it the Dark Souls like one hit kills difficulty (although in Knack when you die the game loaded back in in literally 2 seconds) that made people hate it?
The original had drop in, drop out co-op too but watch people praising that "new" feature now for some reason.
It also had good likable characters with a great cast too like Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham and Jennifer Hale.
The only thing I can think of is the fact the game could have easily ran on PS3 with a hit to resolution and object physics. The same could have been said about Ryse, Forza 5 and Dead Rising 3 at the time on Xbone but nobody ever even noticed.

It was pretty dreadful, I watched my 5 year old complete it and it was poor like really poor. Cderny might be decent at designing hardware but games is certainly not his forte

Cannot believe someone has just said Ryse could run on Xbox 360, It had the best graphics of any console game for the first two years of this gen you crazy cat.

LMAO. killzone raped ryse's eye sockets, amd then infamous kicked it in the balls too. And both were actually at a native res.

As for this. First game sold more than mario 3D world in the UK. So i guess there is some case to be made in making a sequel. Personally i thought it was a more difficult lego game. Ie. Equally shallow and equally shit.

Remember im not a Sony fanboy like yourself, I had both consoles on launch. Ryse looked far superior to Killzone. Raped...behave yourself.

Also Knacks more difficult than Lego games? Nope my young son went through Knack in 2 days he's not completed a lego game in under a week.
