Sony has started its keynote quite strong with a live gameplay demo of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, grab the HQ direct feed video inside. Download available through torrent only due to the big filesize.
Update: Added a version reencoded by ourselves with fixed black levels.

Isn't U4 supposed to be 60fps? Kinda bummed this video is running at 30 fps. Still looks great, level design, gameplay, graphics, animations all look top notch!

It's pre-alpha guys, don't expect 60fps for this demo. Here's what Naughty Dog says on its site:

Although we are still in the pre-alpha stage of development, everything you see in the video is in-game and in real-time running at 1080p and a stable 30hz. It’s looking pretty spectacular already and we still have quite some time to optimize and refine our technology to make this the best looking and playing Uncharted game to date.

Sony have sent the video to most media sites now and its on their press site (they don't mess about with getting videos out there, most of the time). But Gamersyde is the only place that puts it up pretty much untouched from the source (or converts it from a stupid mov file to mp4). :)

First: Thanks for the UL, waiting on the 1080p.

Second: HOLY SH!T SAUCE, even at 30fps...dizzam. Seriously, if they put that to 60fps, I'll be pretty blown away.

Third: I know it's just alpha, but...its kind of a pet peeve of mine when a gun is just glued to your character's back...I don't suppose they could put in some kind of sling could they??? Also, I couldn't really tell in the 720p vid, but, did his pants get wet after wading through the water? I did kind of wonder too when he passed under the waterfall if he didn't get soaked.

Finally: HOLY FVKCING SH!T, I really, really, really, really want to see more of this game.

So, just watched it again in 1080p. Dayum. Also, I was totally wrong about the the gun, the cheeky bastards put a sling on that rifle. I watched close and sure enough, they took the time to attach and animate a sling for the rifle. Kudos chaps! Kudos. It looked like they did darken up his pants and bottom of his shirt for a while after coming out of the water. I love when the put details like that in.

The rocks look pretty crisp at a distance, but some of them become unnaturally smooth up close. I realize it's alpha, so, not gonna pitch a fit on that, but overall..still really impressed. Colour me excited!

Sweet grejfixx, but still the same old shite gameplay? Yeah that's exactly what i thought too.

Big yawn from me. Also, this doesn't really live up to the seak-peak teaser they showed earlier, now does it? :P

Also don't expect beta or final product to make any huge leaps in graphics guys. They wouldn't show off placeholders without being VERY clear that that's what you are seeing :P

I honestly don't see what people see in the uncharted series in terms of gameplay though. Super bland shooting and lame puzzles that require zero effort to solve. Guess the graphics and matinée level story is enough to keep people hooked.
