Microsoft and Remedy have put online four new in-game screenshots of Quantum Break, the title from Remedy Games that mix cinematic gameplay and live-action storytelling. The publisher has released the gameplay teaser only on Youtube so far, therefore we can't give you this video in good quality. A live demo will be presented at Gamescom in August and the game will be released in 2015 on Xbox One.

Looks great but I feel like all the immersion would be broken once they cut to a live action cutscene.

Pretty much how I feel. It seems like a gimmick to merge TV & games.

Yeah i'd agree, I haven't seen enough of this game yet though.

based on those screens, 1080p confirmed? looks a bit rough in the texture department, but it otherwise looks great. chromatic aberration in full effect too.

Wow, huge downgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! Nah, just kidding. Everything from Remedy is interesting to me, and the game looks quite good and detailed :)

Hard to say as the video released today on Youtube is the first Quantum Break video on the Xbox channel not in 720p only.

You can play the whole game and not watch any of the Live Action segments, it comes on the disc seperate from the game, so you can watch or not watch them its up to you.

Wow. The visuals are amazing. Makes you realiase just how poorly 3rd parties use Xbox One. This is the best looking next gen title so far. The video was beautiful. The textures so crisp and the amount of detail is just wow. I love Remedy. Amazing dev.

So do the PS4 or XB1 have any noteworthy first-party titles coming this year? It seems like they are both holding everything for 2015 at this point. I'm really hoping something big is shown at E3, because so far all we have are multi-platform releases for the rest of the year.

Looks grainy, but good. Similar to the visuals of The Order (though clearly different artistic directions). Not sure how the gameplay will feel, but I've never been a fan of games like Heavy Rain. Hope the wait is worth it.

Some impressive stuff i'm seeing here. this game is one of the biggest reasons why i got an XB1. i hope they don't change this game, all of their vids sold me.

well looks OK but you can tell these are not gameplay shots at all with the way they look and angled

also it states ingame shots...not gameplay shots lol
