A great soundtrack to a great game. I'd be surprised if anything is able to top it this year. I just wish Rockstar was making some proper single player DLC for it, which would continue the very grown up, mature themes in the original game.
While RDR is a fantastic game, I think it's it's own worst enemy. I feel the gameplay and story didn't quite reach level of the games stunning visuals and art direction(like the soundtrack).
After Finishing the campaign and side quests I felt uninspired to do much else in the game. Sometimes I just play it to ride around in the world, but I quickly feel underwhelmed or frustrated by the some of the linear and primitive interactions one can have.
Non the less it is a great game and surely a contender for GOTY, but there is HaloReach, Starcraft2, FalloutNewVegas and many others to contend with.
