I think it`s exactly what I have been dying to play for a while now. The idea of being able to go anywhere on the map, kick total ass and play exactly how I like to play (My strategies etc), will make sure that this game only gets put down once it`s completed.
Pure fun and brilliance to say the least!.
Did you actually throw explosives at a building or drive a truck through one?
It may be shallow, if thats all the game has to offer "REALLY".. But its enough for me lol.
Largely due to the single fact that there are soo few games with real destruction like this. I can accept a mediocre storyline and repetitive gameplay (go here, kill, go there, capture).
I really can, for the chance to play one of the few games with such amazing physics.
Sort of like GTA, its repetitive, it doesnt have the best gunplay, it doesnt have the best car physics (well, GTA4 did). But its one of those few really well made huge drive-anywhere-in-a-city games.
If this game was just another FPS with indestructible enviroments and such, i wouldnt even look twice at it. But its so much more, its paving the way for future physics in games, and i have to be part of it.
