With that bunch of brand new visuals of Remember Me, you'll sure get a good look at the first few hours of DONTNOD's game set in a pretty futuristic Paris. Capcom will release the game in May on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Impressive especially when bearing in mind it's based on Unreal Engine 3. It doesn't have that typical look at all. Looks like a pretty cool and promising game overall (and I welcome anything that's not an 1st or 3rd person shooter nowadays, to be honest). Looking forward to see how this one will turn out.

These Shots have to be taken from the PC Version ...if otherwise I would be deeply impressed ... anyway this Game is mine Day one :)
As usual, completely silly statement.
You should be impressed nevertheless. The mastery in execution should be applauded, no matter the platform or engine. Those are awesome looking shots and if you see the videos, it looks like that in motion.
Game looks awesome. Unless they completely botch it, day-one.

Not convinced about the game overall, but it does have a nice aesthetic, I'll give it that. Does nothing for me, though.
Yeah, something aint clicking. I LOVE the world and even the premise. But the only interesting element of what i've seen is the memory hacking bits. The combat looks like a really poor mans batman, the traversal looks clunky with no urgency what so ever. And it just looks quite unpolished, especially the animations. I dunno, something aint right, stylistically and artistically it's awesome though. Hopefully it turns out good.
Mr. White, most people choose their avatars based on their personalities. Your avatar looks like a person that's never pleased. So what does it for you?
Korndog, I must agree with you as far as combat goes. It's definitely no Batman, which I think has to be the best hand to hand combat in all of videogaming.
A bit iffy on the gameplay vids, something is... off about them. The moves and animation are a bit rough. That said, the art direction is absolutely fantastic.
Nothing about this game looks impressive technically. It looks decent, nothing more. I do really like the aesthetic (other than her bizarre back pockets, which really bothered me. Imagine how easy it'd be to lose shit in the little flairs!).
The rest is up in the air.
Doesn't really do anything for me. Nice visuals but the animation isn't that great. The game play isn't too exciting.
I'm going to be very, very disappointed if sometime during the new generation some radical improvements in animation systems are not devised. We keep seeing better textures, lighting and modeling every couple of years but a lot of these games have animation no better than some games I played ten years ago. That's saddening. Animation is really what suspends belief, even more so than textures, lighting and modeling. Everything keeps advancing except animation. What ever happened to the Euphoria engine and all the amazing things it claimed to do? I've only seen glimpses of it's potential in games like GT4 and a couple of other games but I hope the next generation of consoles will finally have the power to utilize it and other advances in animation a lot more fully.

Why the hell am I jumping from sides of buildings and pipes like I'm in Assassins Creed??
