Using Just cause 2 engine, eh? Without doubt, this will be the best looking xbla/psn game.

I'm in, as long as cost 800pts ($10).

Weird reasoning, the just cause engine was not that remarkable, imo...however this does look excellent and top down shooters are one of my fave old school gametypes. The quick flashes on the trailer were a bit annoying but I love the fact it will also feature rotorcraft.

This and the equally great looking Gatling Gears are at the top of my most wanted list.

Looks identical to Assault Heroes.
Having just looked up Assault heroes on Youtube I can safely say that is an absurd assertion. This has what can only be described a vastly superior visuals unless you are suggesting that Assault heroes is the world's first and only game that is allowed to be a vehicle based top down shooter.

We don't know how well it plays of course but you are talking about a five year old game engine as opposed to a cutting edge one...not really "identical". Add to that the Assault Heroes titles were never released on PS3 and features multiple vehicle types instead of two types of dune buggy.
