Japanese RE4 gets a bit more censorship than others. Kinda makes paying the yen fee for a physical release less enticing.

More and more Halo Anniversary pricepoint is justified and these "HD" titles prices become ridiculous.

Remake? Yeah, doesn't look like anything more than a slight resolution increase. With that detail level the resolution should be making my eyes bleed...

The price seems a little too high to me for enough years old improved a bit DLC content. Ah well, anyway I've already preordered BIOHAZARD 15th Anniversary BOX for myself.

Actually lighting effects and shadows was definitely improved for RE - Code: Veronica X HD beside the resolution. Anyway I doubt many people will het this again for that price. And yeah there are trophies/achievments in both "remakes"

10 bucks for each or bust! 20-30 when Crapcom make true HD versions, using MT Framework...

For hd remakes they sure look shoddy, looks more the case of up the res and whack it on disc. But hey gives me a reason to finally get rid of my wii.

No idea why people want physical discs anymore. Digital all the way for me. I'm done with cluttering up the house with bits of plastic, and the notion of distributing physical media, with all of the cost to the environment associated with it when digital works fine is sickening. Discs need to die, and the sooner the better.

haha, good one!

Code Veronica really doesn't look that appealing but nevertheless I'll get it. I've played it ages ago on my japanese imported dreamcast and had difficulties following the storyline. guess i'm going to find out now what the whole game was all about, haha :)
RE4, loved the game! want to play it again, so i'll buy it as well.

people should stop complaining about pricing ... the industry has made clear which direction they will head going forward so their anger should be focused on other, more important things ... like what they're going eat for lunch and how the US going to handle their national banktrupcy ...

Not buying unless they add a No Mercy mode/difficulty. The consoles should be able to handle it since these ports aren't really that graphically demanding.

Comparing Resident Evil to Halo, are you serious?

You know Capcom wished they had the guarantee of an RE game selling 4 million plus copies in less than a month.

Specially considering that people have already played RE4 and CVX on three consoles and knowing people they still own the old consoles and the games and will only be re-purchasing these games for the novelty on an HDTV.

Personally I would love it if Capcom would "remake" instead of "port" both of these games but more so Code Veronica X as that to me is a much more true Resident Evil/Bio hazard type game like the old RE1 makeover but sales have to be guaranteed instead of people turning to complain that they already played the games and know where everything is.

He is comparing a rehash with a rehash, nothing to do with brand.

every dev out there wishes they had a guarantee of selling that amount of games in the games lifespan, so your saying that like its a bad thing?

they really should of taken in mind what the modding community has done with the pc version texture wise.

If they remade RE4 with the RE5 engine then I might bite, but this is just a slap in the face.
