Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (3 Weeks ago)

If these are good AND sell we might see RE returning to what once was.
Really excited about this and REmake.
It doesnt matter if Resident evil is slow and cumbersome to control, or fast and 3rd person action. It will never be a horror game that offers jumps and a sense of dread. It may have done when we were 13 and didnt know any better, but REs biggest crutch will ALWAYS be present - the terrible corny soap opera story. The type of story arcs that can only immerse those that spoon-feed themselves TOWIE and the like. Everybody else it will (rightly) remove you from any sort of tension or feeling of fear due to it's comedic value. In the end the only thing sales of this and the RE1 remake remake will do is make sure they push out yet more lazy RE remakes, and MAYBE offer a poorly controlled, comedicaly scripted, B-movie "horror" game.
Time for this franchise to die.
I though it was a very solid and effective trailer. I've not enjoyed the RE series since #4, and I'm actually looking forward to seeing more of this one. This looks to be a positive change of pace for the series.
