I loved Umbrella Chronicles, but I sure hope this picks up pace sooner than that did. It wasn't really until the last third of the game that the shit hit the fan proper, and having to play through the extra missions solo before being able to tackle them in coop was a bit awkward.
Compare that to the absolutely and utterly lovely House of The Dead: Overkill, where you're sliding under desks and launching yourself out of crashing elevators already in the first level, and it's clear that the initial hours of UC were a bit of a snooze. I suppose they wanna create that familiar RE tension by having it linger in corridores and having zombies that kinda just stand around, but when you're dealing with a light gun shooter you really can't approach it that way.
At any rate, UC was a wonderfully produced, stunning game with buckets of RE fanservice and awesomeness to it, and I suspect nothing less from this.

So now I'm like, hey, I'm gettin' that game yo.

No offense intended but that's scarcasm right ? I hope that's not the reason you play games because it truly is sad.
lousy damage models. Even House of the Dead (you know, the True Zombie Light Gun Game) that they're trying to rip-off already showed some early holes and stuff on the old sega saturn, and HotDIII had some nice head and arms blown off.
That's some Lazy stuff shown here atm.
I dunno, the atmosphere and eery setting going on is cool and all that, but go see some HotD footage, and this seems like a slow baby game with no real challange in comparison.
