It's the heartbreaking news of the week. Sega announces the presence of Ryo Hazuki, hero of the unforgettable Shenmue series, in the roster of his fantasy racing game Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing. He'll be available riding his motorcycle or... a forklift. Now this is plain cruel. We've all been expecting the return of Ryo since the tragic death of Yu Suzuki's series in 2001. But not like this !

Just my opinion sorry Shenmue fans.
Oh SEGA...
Thanks munkini for your completely non relevent opinion of Shenmue.
Just my opinion sorry Shenmue fans.
Imo the game with the greatest atmosphere up to date. Everytime I played it I felt japanese?!
.....the whole world knows what sega should be doing all they need to do is listen.
Just my opinion sorry Shenmue fans.
"How about a game of lucky hit!?"
*driving fork lift for 10 hours straight*
Yeah, Shen Mue did some cool things and was very ambitious but i have to agree that it was perhaps not THAT great.
Its just a shame the legacy shenmues left is an uncomplete story, and the mass flooding of QTE's in gaming.
Man, i wan't to drive a real forklift and race people one day...
Thanks munkini for your completely non relevent opinion of Shenmue.
i want shenmue 1+2 for ps3 but not this crap :D
Come on SEGA re release the series on Live Arcade and PSN! And then finish the series off on there aswell. Wont cost as much to make, will be on 2 platforms and you can give Shenmue fans the ending!
Yours Sincerely,
The SDF (Shenmue Defence Force).
What's even more beguiling is the fact that Ryo looks really good in some of these screens. Shenmue 3 with current-gen graphical polish would be amazing! (Yakuza doesn't count unless you have a fantastic grasp of Japanese, which I don't).
I'm still waiting to kick the shit out of Lan-Di, come on Sega, I need to avenge my father!!!!
