The open beta of Tom Clancy's The Division has ended and Ubisoft has announced more than 6.4 million players joined it, making it the biggest beta for a new IP on current generation platforms. A few screenshots after the jump.

Exactly my situation. I was hyped as hell, when they showed it for the first time, but then there were these problems with "downgrading" the graphics and I totally lost interest. But then we started to play BETA....man, this game is like a drug and it´s freaking awesome!!!
I guess This is PC's version on the highest level of quality ... don't be too excited people ... downgrades are still standing on console versions. last beta got even more downgraded from the first beta on PS4 to fix lags... This is witcher 3 all over again.
Game is getting a lot of positive comments from the beta players and rightly so.. its addictive and fun as hell with friends online.. really looking forward to it.
Some good things and some bad things in the beta i found, both in regards to gameplay. Systems and visuals. Its a mixed bag. But if reviews say content is good i might give them the benefit of the doubt.
Really hoping the open beta will get extended by a day. It's something that rarely happens for me, but I think it convinced me to purchase the game at launch.

If you would have tried the open beta then you would know more...
Don't worry, on maxed out pc the game doesn't look like that. Those are advertisement screenshots....heavily 'retouched'. The game looks nice, but not nearly as good as those shots.
Looks like I must be in the extreme minority; I was excited for the game UNTIL I played the beta... To each their own I guess. Sure is a good looking game, that's for sure.

When you drop the gun robot people either shoot it or throw grenades so it will attack them and there for you becoming a rogue agent.
I always was becoming a rogue agent didn't know why and haven't shot a single bullet at anyone till I figured it out by accident.
