MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif - February 10, 2014 – Slightly Mad Studios, the critically acclaimed developer known for their pedigree in racing video games, today unveiled World of Speed, a AAA massively multiplayer online arcade racing video game. World of Speed will be available in 2014 as a free-to-play experience on PCs.
In World of Speed, players will hop in the driver’s seat of an endless garage of cars ranging from everyday city runners to the fastest super cars on the planet to the most iconic cars from throughout the storied history of auto racing. Players will find themselves racing on true-to-life tracks spanning the globe and on tracks only a speed freak could dream up, carved from roadways across cities including London and San Francisco.

Il y a des relents de PGR :miam: ça change des titres "tout" simu ou de kéké (NFS) qui pullulent sur la plateforme.
Déjà s'ils peuvent sortir un PCARS qui tient la route, ça sera très bien.
Si seulement nous pouvions avoir l'annonce d'un PGR ou celui ci sur next gen ça serait sympa
En tout cas c'est vachement joli.
Pour les sensations de conduite, je ne me fais pas trop de soucis. Ce n'est pas le plus long à faire (surtout pour un studio spécialisé dans le domaine), et si tous les retours de la bêta sont négatifs, on peut espérer qu'ils revoient leur copie.
Ce qui m'inquiète le plus c'est le modèle free to play...
je miserais plus sur DriveClub tout de même, et effectivement je préfèrerais qu'ils se concentrent à fond sur Project CARS plutôt que ce F2P arcade multijoueurs (il y a déjà NFS World pour ça)
