The final countdown has started : only a little week before the official launch of Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the american territory. To celebrate this important milestone, I took dozens of recent screens posted on the Dojo, the official website, and shares them with you. Beware, many of them contain spoilers.

Lucario appears in the eighth Pokémon movie, Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, where he is a servant to a nobleman named Sir Aaron during a time of war. Being close friends, Aaron traps Lucario in a magic staff in order to save him, though Lucario just thinks that Aaron betrayed him, so he completely loses his trust for humans. After being released by Ash Ketchum, he begins to trust him, eventually learns that Aaron meant to save him, and sacrifices himself in order to save the Tree of Beginning. Lucario also appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as an unlockable character.
personaly i like it to be a surprise, but as i will never own a wii in my life (by choice of course) i guess theres no harm in looking.... too bad this game isn't coming to 360, id definitely get it, but the 3 good games on the wii are not worth it
But back to the comment. I agree. I do hate what Nintendo is becoming. They are neglecting their hardcore masses and settling on making amends with their cash cow Mario, Zelda icons etc etc. When are they ever going to create a new and refreshing I.P like the Nintendo of old? They should at least bring Punch Out back or something. Something new would be nice. Not rehashed incarnations of Mario. I hate to say it, but they pail to the Nintendo of old now. They've sold out to the brand name they seek to be. Like Iwata said in a keynote when Wii was still in the making that they are taking example from the likes of Apple and Pepsi. Great. I grew up a Nintendo faithful. I'm losing that faith. The Wii has been a disappointment for me. I was expecting a lot of games with 1-2-1 control methods. Instead they are mostly gesture based, which is bollocks.
I find their games to be fine. Their games are still better than most high profile games in the industry. The only thing I don't like is that they couldn't optimize the controls of this game with the Wiimote. I don't mean I want gestures for this game. I just want the game playable with at least the Wiimote. The message I'm getting with this game is that "YES! The controls suck, so go buy the GC controller if you want to have fun with it!!". Anyways, I'm not disappointed with the Wii. It has fulfilled what Nintendo promised from the beginning.
*note: I still can't wait to try this game out!!! ^_^"
