A new week begins on the Dojo for Super Smash Bros. Brawl this Monday. We are lucky enough to have a double update, first with a music from Fire Emblem directed by Taizo Takemoto. Then, a new cinematic showing Diddy Kong, a menacing Pokemon and Fox.

My argument is the fact that nintendo seem to be drowning people in this its HARD to miss, its like all the secrets of halo (story/weopens/ending etc etc) been pasted every fucking day on every website around 4 months before its release
Which it was yes, but not at this level THIS IS MADNESS! (And they was leaked not straight from the dev ..)
The only thing we need now is nintendo PR to hand out matchsticks to stick in our eyelids and then hold our faces against the screen shouting "LOVE IT, LOVE IT,LOOOOOOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
That all major media sites including this one actually GO there and grab the images and mirror them here?
I haven't seen a single bit of deliberate advertising on this game, and it's honestly something Nintendo are shit at. Corruption came out to almost no fanfare whatsoever.
Please do not dictate to me
Im more puzzled by the fact that you are complaining about too much media and that it is being forced down your throat. Nobody forced you to click on the link and look at these pictures. In that regard why bother posting things like "Can i just ask , what exactly is going to be left to actually SEE on this game when you buy it ?
Buy game : insert disk : seen it seen it seen it seen it seen it seen it yeah yeah saw that...... trade in."
With something like Assassin's Creed it's much more grating though, I really hope they realise what kind of exposition they're putting that game through, and have plenty of variety and twists in there. They've already alluded to some of course, but the last time I felt like I do about that game it was GRAW, and I'll be damned if the entire game didn't look and feel essentially exactly the same.
The whole "avoiding looking at pictures" piece of advice is actually pretty good. I've seen a few of the earlier vids of Mario Galaxy and then gone on a complete.. living in a box underground style celibacy thing with that, and it really does work. But really, it's mainly because Nintendo don't really get involved in the whole hype thing. There's usually just a fuckload of shots published by sites everywhere as soon as they get a new build, with no "filtering" of what you SHOULD be seeing. Apart from this, of course, being contents on an official site.
With Ubisoft I trust them to be on the ball with presentations and stuff, and it's one of the major events of the year when you get to watch live coverage from some show and they're blowing everybody away with it. Thing is, they've been blowing people away a number of times now, and they seem to be using eerily similar explosives every time, creating concern that it'll be a loud - but monotonous - bang in the end.
So yeah, I agree with this last, uncharacteristically well articulated point. Maybe it's the point you've been trying to make all along, but you sort of drowned it in the yelling and the sounding like a bit of a tit.
A nipple then I guess.
