1. Open Nvidia Control Panel
2. Open 'Manage 3D settings' in the '3D settings' tab
3. Locate 'Vertical Sync' line and set it to 'Fast'
4. Save changes
For AMD users:
1. Open AMD Radeon Settings
2. Open 'Gaming' tab
3. Open 'Global Settings'
4. Locate 'Wait for Vertical Refresh' and set it to 'Always on'
5. Save Changes
