This video kind of reminds me what I loved about the original SKATE. I was always a big fan of that game and it's take on exploration and finding the perfect line through the environment. If this is anything like that I am in.
Who the fuck is this guy, please done tell me real life boarders are in there now...ARGH.
Why does that even matter?
Because it is yet another step closer to reality. I remember when ssx was all about make believe characters and make believe worlds, now we're going down real life mountains with real boarders. I'm only this vocal because i actually give a shit about the franchise. If this was any other snowboarding game i wouldnt care.

Did anyone else see the IGN live stream vid yesterday? Looked terrific, gameplay looked so smooth and fluid and survival looks more interesting than I previously thought. Hope they do have some genuinely difficult tracks like they claim. The dynamically remixing music sounds very cool to, loving the potential of the soundtrack being awsome. Sure they base their mountains of real life data etc, but like they said, they took liberties and by the looks of things they took big liberties in track design.
Mike Tyson's Punch Out had Mike Tyson in it, as you know, a real boxer. Was that a step closer to reality and did it detract from the rest of the game? That's just one example. I think you'll find it's a moot point and a bit silly to complain about such a thing.
Also KORNdog up to his old shenanigans again I see haha! I swear He just does it because it's expected of him at this point.
