Probbly will be Capcom seems set on rehashing everyone from Street Fighter 2 in it. Don't even know why it's called Street Fighter 4

Those bodies' are horrible proportioned. And as dramatic as punching each other fists' might be, it's extremely asinine considering you'll likely break your hand. I don't understand why there is only 5 new characters considering the time between the III and IV(in game development I mean).

I agree about the proportion. Only 5 new characters makes since considering the game takes place between Street Fighter 2 and 3. I understand about the development, but they cant just come up with a whole new cast if their going to use that timeline.

I can understand that, even though they really should of either made it after three, or just have the two principle characters with an entire new cast.

It's an ugly cartoon with mediocre fighting.

Because people you aren't impressed by this animation are obviously running out a killing baby lambs. Please, just because someone voices displeasure with something on the internet doesn't mean they're running around trying to kill children.

You sound like someone who's just hating for the sake of it instead of someone who enjoys SF and is possibly disappointed with the game.

Throwing fireballs and hurricane kicks are perfectly fine though, right?

It has always annoyed, regardless of how realistic the fighting is supposed to be. It is COMPLETELY unneeded. You assume I'm hating it for sake of hating it why? What did I post here that indicates that, what have I posted here about SFIV as a whole indicates that?

Bitching about the punches connecting is nit-picking to the extreme considering the universe it occurred in. I assume that if someone needs to look for something so small to bitch about, there's a good chance they're just being an annoying troll.

Not a small thing considering majority of the trailer that's going to "connect" with us is the fighting, unless a large portion of this community understands Japanese. The fighting is the only part that we're going to understand and the reveal at the end. Critiquing the fighting isn't nitpicking being that it's one the few things there that I can understand. Also, it is not the singular motion of punching fists that was an issue, but the entire fight was underwhelming, but I chose to only pick out that moment because it is silly and happens far too often in animation when martial arts is being used.

You obviously have no past experience with anime then. It's not about realism, it's about style. As for the punching hands, the lighting or whatever it was, was supposed to represent the shear power of the punches and them canceling each other out.

Anyway, great video. Really looking forward to game when it comes out. Great time to be a beat em up fan. :)

Yes the animation wasnt superb but lighten up FormlessLikeWater, we have never had this sort of thing for an SF game, or would you prefer them to go back to the weak ass picture slides....

I thought the trailer was superb the style is very Alpha which is unfortunate unless this part of the story is prequel to SFIV I was expecting Ryu to look older or at least similar to ST.

I have to admit I had no interest in SFIV until now I've been waiting for HDremix but this is turning out to live up to the "Epic Return". The violin strings used for Ryu's theme were beautiful!

This is the first clip of many, apparently all the endings are like this, so it will be well worth it. And this is only the arcade version remember, there is still plenty of time for making more anime sequences for new characters they have talked about for the home console.

It's absolutely retarded to critique the fighting for being unrealistic in anything Street Fighter-related as nothing about it is supposed to be realistic.
