Street Fighter V is welcoming the third character of its Year 2, Young Commander Ed. The fighter features a boxing fight style but also Psycho Power. He will join the roster soon along with his story and costumes but you will be able to control him during the Capcom Fighter's Network Beta taking place May 11th-14th.

His gameplay looks pretty interesting, but damn that design is hideous.

Well he's Bison's (DICTATOR) protégé... so yeah. Not everyone in Street Fighter is supposed to be a good guy. Okay he's Boxer's protégé, but it's all in the family.

I think the decision to make all of season 2 newbies was a bit of an odd one.
