I really loved the characters' designs and the humor wasn't half bad. They felt how I imagine the Suicide Squad feeling like, the banter, team mate deprecating humor and etc. Plus those action sequences gave me quite a few ideas of how the gameplay could be.

It's quite interesting that the game with the Batman family and the most revealed was far less interesting than the Suicide Squad game with just a CG trailer. Though that's the point of a CG trailer, to get people hyped until they see actual gameplay, which can be great or terrible.

Either way, this got me very excited because that shot of Superman vaporizing that helicopter pilot reminded me a lot of The Boys TV show on Amazon, and The Boys is freaking awesome.

While completely different things made by completely different people, the fact that this will only come out in 2022 and that The Boys was extremely popular, gives me hope that Rocksteady has taken some inspiration from the TV show's dark and gritty tone for a M rated game.

If done right, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League could be truly special. And be to superhero games what movies like Logan and Daredevil were for superhero movies. Dark, brutal and full of dark humor.

Yes, it reminds a lot of Sunset Overdrive. The colors, enemies, humor, outfits, etc. I played SO back in March of this year through Game Pass and I had a blast with it. So hopefully this follows that bonkers non-sensical fun and humor SO has.

It also has a feel like the one Insomniac's Overstrike had when first announced, before they changed the title to Fuse and it became a soulless generic military TPS which flopped hard. As long as it keeps it's identity, it should be great.

Since the game is gonna be co-op I'm just worried about the compromises they have to make and ultimately about this game looking like Arkham Knights. I was expecting a single player story driven game from Rocksteady not a co op multiplayer

Co-op game first so the entire game design is affected by this. Of course, as an afterthought, you can play this 4 player co-op game solo too. Nah, I wanted another amazing Rocksteady single player game. This is not one of those. Like Avengers, which was even before its E3 2019 reveal and I saw the leaks lol........... I am instantly checked out on this game. And the least said about Gotham Knights, which is the exact same game design relying on co-op situation, the better.

It's sad to hear Rocksteady are working on online focused third-person shooter. You can play alone, sure but will be completely different, inferior experience, just like pretty much any other game designed for co-op.
Oh and did anyone asked for evil Superman again?

Cap Boomerang sure as hell didn't.

I couldn't care less, i'm all in for those amazing rocksteady visuals. Arkham Knight is a bit derivative to me from their first installment (Asylum) and focus too much on the wrong stuff, but it sure as hell is amazing. A fist gen current-gen game and still wowzers to this day.

Me : Is this game a single player game?

Rocksteady: nope! It's a coop focus game

Me : So can I play with my all time fav superhero ?

Rocksteady  : sorry no he's the villain but the good news is you can kill superman with harley Quinn!

Me : nahh I'm good ! I dont pay for hot garbages whenever u made a dark proper superman or justice league game I'm in

The funny thing is they use some idiotic reverse engineering! I mean imagine a dark next gen justice league game you could play 30% of the game with batman and 30% with superman and rest of the game with wonder woman and flash or others such a great game but as I said some idiots decided the opposite 😂 and actually they gave people a sunset overdrive metropolis game that you can actually kill superman with harley Quinn's bat ! 😭.  that Gotham knights is even more disaster than this as a DC fan and a superman fanatic I had very rough night but the good news is you can kill superman with harley Quinn or captain boomerang 😂😂 that's brilliant
