Xbox 360 PS3

Gamecock announced today the release sometimes in 2009 of Timegate Studios, founded by former Monolith (US) members, first game named Section 8. And of course, it's a FPS!

Looks interesting indeed. I wonder what the "Epic" part of the FPS is going to be..and 2009 is a very long time away..

sorry guys, a teaser trailer that shows little and mentions the game is a first person shooter just isn't going to excite nowadays.

lol i'd like to see Master Chief sky dive through the earth's atmosphere land on both feet without rolling, and ram a grenade down a Grunt mouth and drop kick it the length of a football field.

2009????????? Why even bring it up if it's going to be released after a year that we haven't even seen yet? I'll probably play Halo3 until the end of the 360's life cycle. I'm almost afraid for the other shooters that will be released within that six month window of Halo3. Other developers still have yet to top the multiplayer experience of Halo2, a game that will be 4 years old soon. I want the devs to push the bar because competition is always good for us gamers. Maybe Bungie will be the ones to out do their own franchise with a new IP.

The teaser and game reminds me of Transformers when they hit Earth from outer space, and that is something great for me.

I hope it plays awesome and has great visuals, which I dont doubt that.

For a teaser it was very cool.

god I love these kind of sci-fi style, makes me shiver :P

Do you suppose those purple bubbles are energy shields that act as atmosphere containers and heat shields? Otherwise I don't see why you'd get an effect like that in high orbit.

Looks cool. By they time I finish with halo 3 and mass effect, it'll be 2009 and i'll be looking for a new FPS!

But, seriously, if you went in an angle like that to a planet (straight down), you'd be a burning lump and and assplode into the ground!
