Xbox 360

Microsoft released this trailer of Kingdom under Fire: Circle of Doom, showing some environments and single player action. It seems like they've changed the gameplay alot as they promised, compared to the old games.

begining of the movie the music and all reminded me of Final fantasy X, the music that plays in every temple.

wow, i first thought it was CG when i saw the forest then realised you were controlling the character and it was real life.

Looks beautiful.

I thought Kingdom Under Fire, were all strategic war games..like kessen..whereas this looks like an RPG with hack and slash elements (oblivion style)

So whats this, Kingdom Under Fire aka Gears of War in medieval times? I kinda liked KuF on the Xbox, all it needed was a bit of tidying up on some of the functions, not a whole remake with the loss of the strategic play.

I believe a regular KUF game is still coming, this is just their take on a dungeon crawler. It looks damn nice aswell!

Pretty much a real time strategy game that let you control a general with some DW+ like mechanics.

i really enjoyed that music. some of the best i've heard in a videogame, though i wonder if it was composed for the game or not.

At first I had thought it was just a weird trailer, but apparently it's not a traditional KuF game. Then again the Xbox versions were totally different from the older PC games, so I guess it's not too much of a surprise. Still I want Xbox-style KuF on the 360 with these graphics and a bit more cleaned up tactics interface. Hopefully next year :D
