Video Xbox 360

We wouldn't want Forza Motorsport 3 fans to be experiencing withdrawal symptoms, so here is another video of Turn 10's upcoming game, obviously captured by DjMizuhara. The track in itself is nothing new but you will see how to play Forza 3 in the best possible conditions - provided your bank account can survive this.

this games supposed to have 100 tracks.. why do they insist on showing us the same 3 each time?

I'd really like to see how well Londons turned out.. the slight tease of new york looked great.

Looks like there is quite some lag in the controls.
If you played the demo, you'd know that's not the case. Jeez people, if you want to know how it plays, play the demo...

They don't. They do it on 3 Xbox360's.

Anyone willing to go there isn't in their right mind...

Im with bleachedsmiles on this one. I want to know if they actually have 100 tracks as that sounds really nice, especially if the other fantasy tracks turn out as good as the ones shown so far.

Not sure if there has been anything official on this, but I'd expect atleast 2 variations per track. So at the very most it'll be 50 unique locations. But I reckon more in the line of 30-35.

Correct me if I'm wrong though, with a link to an official statement.

same here, I assume two to three variations per location, making the total locations (not tracks) around 35ish. Still a lot better than Forza 2, as the fantasy tracks, while great in layout, lacked a lot of personality.

These fantasy tracks look more for eye-candy, similar to a GT game.

I have noticed this on videos of GT as well and I think its something to do with video capturing and not the game, strange as that may seem. Game looks nice although I am getting really tired of seeing the same track ad nauseum. Three screen setup reminds me of F355 challenge...

Lol, that's even worse than I would've imagined...damn. Guess I was still being overly optimistic. There's one hundred tracks for ya. Expect the same approach for the "400" cars; Multiple slight varations of the same cars. :(

Oh well, hardly surprising and still better than Forza 2 by a fair margin.

Come on, we should have known already. This is typical marketing bs. I was thinking 5 variations on average, and it looks like I wasn't far off. As for cars, again, nothing new. We should expect Porsche #x and #y, as much as we should expect 30 skylines+ on GT games.

With that said, those are some awesome tracks, and about a thousand times better than FM2, it will give this game long legs as far as I'm concerned. And.....

Damn, not as many locations as I hoped for, but still more than enough to keep me busy for a long ass time. After reading all those tracks, I don't see how i'm gonna be able to resist getting that porsche wheel. As much hot water as it's gonna get me in lol.

Well yeah, it'd be pretty silly to actually expect 100 different locations. I agree. But like I said, I expected 30 different locations atleast, so it's still disappointing regardless. But hey, I've been enjoying the hell out of that pathetic little track in the demo so I'm sure the game will still provide plenty fun!

It has more tracks than GT5 and how can you really complain about the amount of different tracks?

There are 19 easily seen tracks however Sedona has a large and small oval and a drag strip(1/8, 1/4, 1/2 & 1 mile). Almalfi coast has a circuit and point to point track, Fujimi Kaido has a circuit and point to point, Le Mans includes the Bugatti F1 Track, Montserrat has 3 completely different tracks and one mega track with all of them combined. On top of that New York has a tiny track and a gigantic track which are completely different, not to mention Sunset Peninsula and Motegi Speedway have separate ovals and we have two unannounced environments.

Add everything I mentioned up.
19+12 = 31 different tracks with over 100 different layouts.

Has this been confirmed? I hated the New York track and after they showed off the same one in FM3 I was very disappointed. Visually it looks very good, so I hoped for a long and ... well, better one.

I took all the unique tracks that don't share more the half with other layouts and have a unique experience and came up with 31.
