Video PS3

Soon to be released on PSN, here is an exclusive DjMizuhara video of Hustle Kings, a pool game with a sophisticated physics engine, as quoted from the Playstation official site. I also added a few images that were released a few months ago but that had not been shown here.

Does this use ray-tracing? It looks great.

Yeah the game is in 1080p at 60fps...the game looks beautiful it's just a little hard to play and I didn't get long to play it. :(

To those saying the PS3 can't do raytracing, think again. GT5:P and Killzone 2 both used forms of it.

In terms of scale, this game's not very big, so ray tracing would probably be possible without having the PS3's hardware limitations get in the way.

Not to be nitpicky, the visuals do look really nice, but pool balls never look like that. They look like marbles or they're made of metal.

I'd love to play this one, if they nail down the physics.

Not in real time.
The game has to render balls, and a bit of a table, that's about it... It may not be full on ray tracing on every little thing, but don't assume there is only n and off. There are varying levels of quality and it's possible to use it in specific places. And either way, it looks fuckin amazing. Even if it is a pool game

Look at the balls! Their so round! lol.

real time reflective mirrors have been in games since the ps1, couldnt this just be using the same method, only on a sphere instead of a flat plane.
