I believe Kojima Productions/Konami will send GamerSyde the TGS 2014 21 minutes gameplay walkthrough (commented, of course) around the time they release it on their Youtube channel.
To the GamerSyde staff: I know this is a lot to ask, but I would really appreciate if you guys could kindly ask Ken-Ichiro Imaizumi at Kojima Productions, or even Konami, for the "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" E3 2013 RED BAND Trailer (Extended Director's Cut)".
It's one of the best trailers I ever watched and it's only available on Youtube, so one at high quality would be epic! Link to the Youtube version below:

Apparently she can change her skin like a chameleon, hence she wears little clothing. But the reason for that in the first place is precisely as expected :).

And are we really questioning character designs? Now? After 4 MGS games? Does nobody remember the ridiculousness of half of the characters in the games?
As a matter of fact, there were 4 ladies like this one in MGS4. They may not have had bikinis, but they did have tight latex and photo mode available for all 4 girls in the game.
It definitely looks better in motion, this is one of the few games I'm actually looking for. I honestly don't think they'll be anything wrong with her in-game, it is a metal-gear solid game...I don't know, I just don't think anyone will care. Obviously a part of me really likes her, dinga ling ling...I think she looks cool hah. Btw! Look at snake in image 11 and 12, he is wearing practically the same outfit as her. Excluding the bra obviously.
this must be the ps3/360 version because the textures look don't look so good. It looks pretty next gen to be last gen but it looks very last gen to BE next...gen...... :/
Love the outfit of Quiet but it just doesn't make sense. It feels like it's a bonus outfit rather than something on parallel to Eva, The Boss, Meryl or Sniper wolf. It's an outfit i would toggle on if no one is looking. ....everyone is though, everyone is. :(
