More than two weeks ago, Take Two announced officially that the FPS XCOM has been revamped as a tactical squad shooter. Today we can get a better look at it with new screenshots and a trailer. The Bureau: XCOM Declassified is set to release in August.

I'm going to try something new for the internet... positivity.

Still looking forward to this and really glad it hasn't been cancelled, due to worrying about the bitching of the vocal minority.

Any shooter or first-person game (I know it's third-person now) that breaks out of the standard mold is worth checking out, to me.

i do hope the creepy black goo/cube/shattered face looking enemies are still in there. they where pretty cool looking in the original footage. these typical "grey" aliens are all a bit...cliched...maybe that's the point?

then they should not try turn everything into shooters, the game was not liked because it was a shooter, how did they think the fan base would react? same deal with syndicate, could not be bothered make new version, instead turned it into garbage forgettable shooter, problem with gaming industry they only want make MONEY instead good solid games with reliability
