Many of you have probably been waiting for us to show you direct feed videos of SHIFT 2 Unleashed and here they are in HD beauty. We will obviously start with our First 10 minutes video but we have a lot more in store for you as you will see inside. We are aware there is a good chance you all become spoilt members but not only did we capture the Xbox 360 version, but we will also propose 1080p videos of the PC version (running at 30 frames per second) later today. More to come of course, so stay tuned!
Note: All videos have been captured in Elite mode using the Fanatec 911 Porsche wheel.
Update 4: To finish with our first day of videos, here is a PC video showing some HUD free gameplay in London.

Looks like they sorted the floppy handling from the first one though. I also found myself loving the helmet cam looking towards the corner apex's.
Great upload guys, any chance you could do some footage of a drift event, I'd like to see how much the handling has changed in that respect too. In shift 1, it was like playing two different games.
if gmersyde wasnt being truthfull about the video's fps then why say the video is running @ 59.94 fps, all they need to do is use fraps with the frame counter in the top right corner of the screen with the true fps rate that would clear up this debate (obviously for the PC version however the 360 version looks pretty sweet so why should fps be a key element in how good the game is ???).
SHIFT 2 on consoles runs at 30 fps and though the videos were also encoded at 60 fps, what you see is actually 30 fps. The same goes with our 1080p videos. The only real 60 fps footage is from the PC version in 720p.
Now I find you can be a very unpleasant man, always being aggressive to the others, especially when they do not share your opinion. I wish you could tone it down a bit in the future. Cheers.
my guess is that console versions of the game are set to default 30 fps where as the PC is unrestricted dependant on what hardware is being used.
machinehead: just one last thing I needed to clarify, the PC vids encoded at 60 fps were actuallly a mistake on my part. Habit I took when capturing console versions in HDMI. My bad.
Man you are crazy.I just mean that PC videos captured at 59.94 frame-rate are in reality 29.97fps, each frame is doubled. It has nothing to do with GT5. Maybe guys at Gamersyde capturing with Fraps with "every 2 frame" = half frame-rate = 29.97fps, while description says 59.94. And of course I mean 60 fps - 59.94 - just for simplicity.(on consoles they are typically in 29.97 or 59.97 while on PC is typically 30 or 60).Can you accept that I am not PS3 fanboy nor Xbox , I'm just normal racing game fan.And PC version of Shift 2 is superior to any console version mainly because of ability to double the frame-rate.
