Electronic Arts released this long commented video of The Godfather, in a very clear move to put the spotlight on what's good in this game. Well worth watching anyway.
My brother just bought the PS2 version of The Godfather, and I watched him play it a couple of times, and looking at the screens above, I can't say there is a SINGLE graphical difference. For the PS2, it looks great, for the Xbox360, it looks sooo much like a lazy effort and just getting more money from the franchise for people that want the game on their 360 for convenience.
this is the #1 reason i want development for the ps2 and xbox1 to die off... as long as developers are developing for them they are gonna shaft us on the nextegen consoles and not take the real effort to make a big difference between the 2 ya there will be small differences but this game shows that they wont put 100% of their effort into the nextgen one, just end up tweaking the older gen version development to snag into the nextgen consoles
Check out the floating tree in pic 3. ha ha ha. Also in pic 7, is the cowering man in the white coat so ashamed of the game he's appearing in, hes simply done a big wee?

I checked this game on PS2, and loved it. So I'm gonna get it anyway. Hope it doesn't have the framerate issues the PS2 game had tho.... that's really all I ask.

Sorry but I think floating trees immediately qualifies this title.
allright, its a port, but the game itself is still good, at least in my opinion..
i played it at a friends' place on the xbox and i liked it, so it'll be in my 360 for sure ;)
I thought they cancelled Frame City Killer already?
I'll make my own mafia game just like this (with floating trees AND pedestrians) only far better and a sequel even though its a new franchise, and call it "Family Honors 2 - This-a Time-a Its-a Personal."

Actually there quite a few. Watch a video the PS2 version, then watch the 360 one.
Well just watched the video good narative explaining the differences and there are many including;
Twice the number of cars and vehicles
You can invite gang members to help you out on missions
Two new story arcs relating to the films..
A new story system for helping out friends of the family
Two redesigned mafia bases..
A weather system including fog, rain, 24hour lighting system..
The ability to shoot from the car
Altogether the game is 100% bigger than the ps2/xbox versions
Thats the ones i could remember, i was actually quite suprosed it far from a straight port look slike they have actually listened to feedback from the previous version and actually improved the game

Im sorry but you're wrong that it looks excatly like the ps2 version. I have seen the ps2 version and it has no antianalising, poor textures, low poly count. You are right about one thing though, EA and developer are putting forth a lazy effort. Also this game is no way comparable to what a 360 game should be like.
